What I build
Automate repetitive processes across CRMs, email, spreadsheets, databases and business applications.
Build controlled agents that retrieve business information and perform approved workflow actions.
Extract, validate and route structured information from invoices, PDFs and scans.
Connect business applications through APIs, webhooks and custom services.
Build dashboards, approval interfaces and operational controls around automated workflows.
How I build
Useful automation is more than the happy path. I treat reliability, approval boundaries, testing and observability as part of the product.
Automation should have clear boundaries. Risky actions stay behind validation, confidence checks or human approval.
Retries, duplicate protection, error states and recovery paths are part of the workflow rather than afterthoughts.
Tests, measured outputs, architecture and working interfaces are stronger proof than inflated marketing language.
Important workflows need traceability through statuses, audit trails, logs or review interfaces.

Automation Engineering
My Computer Engineering background supports the technical side of the work, but the portfolio is centered on what the systems actually do: connect applications, move information, enforce controls and reduce repetitive operations.

If a business process involves repetitive decisions, document handling, disconnected systems or manual follow-up, there may be a better way to run it.
